Because this group is broad, judging a listing on freshness, turnover and how consistent recent reviews are tends to work better than judging by decor or price range alone. Most kitchens in Newhall will adjust a dish for common dietary needs like gluten-free or vegetarian if you ask when ordering. Hours vary widely: diners and fast-food chains often stay open late or around the clock, while bakeries and cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon. Catering and food delivery businesses in California usually require advance notice, from a day for a small order up to a week or more for a large event, so it is worth contacting them early.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 12–10 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After a terrible experience at another Korean BBQ restaurant, we decided to give Wuso Korean BBQ in Newhall a try, and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the difference was night and day. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and respectful. Every employee greeted us with a smile and made us feel like valued guests. They were constantly checking on us, helping with cooking, and making sure we had everything we needed without us having to ask twice. The food was outstanding. The meat was fresh, flavorful, and served in very generous portions. Every order came out quickly, and whenever we wanted more, it was brought to us promptly with a smile—exactly how an all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ experience should be. The customer service here is honestly one of the best we’ve experienced. Everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we enjoyed our meal. It’s refreshing to find a restaurant where the staff takes pride in making customers feel welcome. What made it even more memorable was that another couple who had been at the previous restaurant we left ended up arriving here shortly after us. That alone says a lot. Wuso Korean BBQ

Food was good, we ordered marinated pork skirt, pork belly and chicken, but our group were not being checking enough so we have to cut the meat by ourselves and waited for staffs to take our orders. In addition, one of the staff dropped a piece of meat on the table and still put it on the grill which wasn’t professional enough to do so. In the end, they automatically charged us 18% gratuity on our bill with such poor service.

This is definitely the best Korean BBQ (all-you-can-eat) spot in our area. The atmosphere, the music, and the smell of grilled meat—along with full glasses of soju—immerse you in a special vibe 😂 The pricing is very reasonable and fair. The place is packed in the evenings, especially on weekends. But the most valuable part here is the staff—I haven’t met a team like this anywhere else. They’re always friendly, cheerful, and lift your mood just by being there, all while providing top-level service 👍 Special shoutout to Anna and Peter—you guys are the best!

My wife and I have a tradition of getting Korean BBQ every Valentine’s Day, but since she’ll be out of the country this year we decided to do an early Valentine’s lunch. We haven’t been here in about two years, and our server told us they have a new owner who focuses on better meat and service. She was not wrong at all. The meat was amazing and super fresh, and she even helped grill our food from time to time. Great service and great experience overall. Definitely a place we would come back to.

Beware this review is heavily influenced by the 5 song Christmas playlist blasting with Mariah Carey’s all I want for x mas back to back before the other three. They were packed and understaffed but worked their butts off to make sure we had refills . I know friend cheese isn’t traditional Korean fare but damn it was gooey and hit the spot . Pretty good selection of ban Chan . Grills were changed consistently. Meats were great . Will come back when holidays are over . They don’t take reservations .
